tapir 1.13.18 -> 1.13.31, zio-http 3.8.1 -> 3.11.3, zio-json 0.7.44 -> 0.9.2,
flyway 12.6.0 -> 13.2.0, logback 1.5.32 -> 1.6.2, tranzactio 5.7.0 -> 5.8.0,
doobie RC11 -> RC12, chimney 1.10.0 -> 1.11.0, zio-prelude RC47 -> RC48,
ical4j 4.2.5 -> 4.3.0, java-jwt 4.5.2 -> 4.6.0, zio-config 4.0.7 -> 4.0.8,
munit 1.3.0 -> 1.3.5. zio, zio-test, zio-logging, sardine and junit-interface
were already current.

Two deliberate non-latest picks:

zio-json stops at 0.9.2 rather than 0.10.0 because tapir 1.13.31 pins 0.9.2,
and zio-json 0.x is not binary compatible across minors -- 0.10.0 would risk
NoSuchMethodError inside tapir-json-zio's codecs.

tranzactio stops at 5.8.0 rather than 6.0.0 because 6.0.0 declares
doobie-core 1.0.0-RC13, which is not published on Maven Central (404); RC12 is
the latest release. Revisit once doobie publishes RC13.

chimney stays on the 1.x line: 2.0.0-M4 is a milestone, and
chimney-java-collections only reaches 2.0.0-M3, so the pair cannot be aligned.

Also swap zio-logging-slf4j for zio-logging-slf4j2. The former pulls
slf4j-api 1.7.36 while logback needs 2.0.x, so the bridge was only working by
eviction; slf4j2 pulls 2.0.17 and resolves against logback 1.6.2's 2.0.18. The
module ships the same zio.logging.backend.SLF4J object, so Main.scala is
unchanged.

Scala 3.6.4 -> 3.8.4 (latest stable; 3.9.0 is RC-only) in both template-common
and the scripts project. Scala 3.8 requires JDK 17+, and the pinned JVM goes
from Temurin 21.0.12 to 25.0.4, the current LTS. Dockerfile follows with
openjdk-25-jdk / openjdk-25-jre-headless, both in Debian trixie main at
25.0.3+9, so no backports repo is needed. The bleep pin in the Dockerfile
tracks bleep.yaml as its comment requires.

Scala 3.8 desugars stdlib context bounds from implicit to given, which can
force `using` at call sites passing implicits explicitly. Nothing in this
codebase hit that.

Scala 3.8's stricter value-discard check did surface one real redundancy:
healthEndpoint passed ZIO.right(Right(())) where the inner Right was silently
discarded to Unit, so it already meant ZIO.right(()). Written out explicitly;
behaviour is identical.

The remaining `ZClient.request is deprecated` warning in remote-tracking is
pre-existing -- zio-http deprecated it in 3.0.0, well before this bump.
Migrating to `batched` changes the scoping semantics, so it is left alone.

The pinned formatter was 3.7.15, from 2023, predating Scala 3.8 syntax.

Reformatting is in this commit rather than the version bump alone so the
mechanical churn stays separable from the dependency work: 35 files, and mostly
collapsing wrapped lambdas that now fit inside the 140-column limit.

bleep-setup-action stays at 0.0.2, still its latest tag.

The Postgres service container stays on 16 deliberately: bumping the CI engine
alone would mean testing against a different major than production runs.

.nixpacks.toml was stale in every field, not just its versions -- it built a
`back` module that does not exist and started a dist path bleep no longer
writes. Corrected wholesale rather than left half-updated, and the AGENTS.md
note now says what it actually is: not part of the deploy path.
